Neighborhood Ministries Property Update:

Just about a year ago we initiated this Prayer Hotline for the purpose of seeking God and His will regarding the possible property acquisition for the multiple ministries of Neighborhood Ministries. 

So many of you have been faithfully praying;  for this we honor you and give God great thanksgiving for your faithfulness.  It appears that this week, Neighborhood Ministries will enter into a contract with the owners of 8 acres (with 18 structures)   in the heart of urban Phoenix.  At the signing we begin a 2.1 million dollar campaign, for the purchase of the property and first phase renovations.  You can imagine the faith journey this continues to be, but also the tremendous joy in coming this far. 

I can tell you multiple miracles have occurred so far, some very small, but all the same, indications most of the time weekly, that this journey we are on is from the Lord and belongs to Him.  The end result is in His hands.  We have a 90 day free look and another 90 day escrow period, which starts the day of the signing.

This Friday, 1000 property proposals will be picked up from the printer.  This proposal communicates the project and the vision.  It has been given alot of time and attention and prayer.  I hope that you might want to see one.  Let me know and i will get it to you in the mail.
