Dear Faithful Intercessors,

I thank God for your desire to pray with us during this season of significant movement and development.  Your conviction of your role in seeing these matters brought before the throne gives us great solidarity.

We are pressing on.  The property document is in the hands of many people now.   As you can imagine, we have lots of friends who would love to see this vision realized.  Many are stretching to see what it is they can do exactly.  We are being stretched, also, in finding ways to relationally communicate the vision, fully aware that fund-raising must be as natural as the other requests we have made over the years for people to get on board, investing and impacting poverty in urban Phoenix.  Please Pray for strength, wisdom, determination to run this part of our race with endurance.   We just want to do this part well.

So far, we have raised $220,000.00 for this project.  We are a tenth of the way there and almost six weeks into it.  Ed Ryan, who we have hired as development and property director, is working hard on the due diligence parts of the property issues, and setting up meetings and desserts to share the vision.  By mid-March we will evaluate if we are close enough to some of the short goals to continue forward.

Again, your faithfulness in praying is seen in multiple ways.

Next week I will send a copy of a list I have put together that enumerates the multiple ways we have seen the Lord take us forward so far.  It is a chronicaling of the miracles inside this process.
