Faithful Prayer Warriors,
Thank You! You are standing in the gap, I knew your support today.
Throughout this intense time, there are days of inner rest. Today was one
of those.
So much is in process, as we move forward to June 15, the close of escrow date:
1. About 14 grants are out there in some process of preparation. We
submitted three N.M. volunteers for a local volunteer award
called The Hon Kachina. Pray for these three. There is a financial award
for the organization and the recipient.
2. There are about five desserts on the calendar, from this week until the
end of May. Pray for these.
3. Tuesdays have become lunch dates at a restaurant near the property
called Oaxaca. We meet folks there who have a gracious heart to hear the
vision of The Center. Please pray on Tuesdays, in particular this Tuesday.
4. A focused prayer team has come forward who have committed to pray for
The Center every day until June 15. Praise the Lord for these warriors.
5. The Resonance Art Show was this weekend. God gave it good
success, with lovely weather. A good portion of the proceeds go to N.M.
Praise the Lord for this important event.
6. It looks like we will be able to complete a beautiful set of
kid-designed stationery, designed by the N.M. children available for a donation
fee, their contribution toward The Center. Pray for it's rapid completion.
7. The women of Nueva Esperanza are planning a lunch for sale at ODF, the
update Sunday for N.M., May 30. Please pray for the Lord to bless their
efforts.
8. Some key funders are deliberating before the Lord, their decision to be
involved. Pray for them, that they might hear the Lord regarding their
involvement.
9. Pray for Ed Ryan who gives strength and leadership to the property
acquisition parts.
10. Pray for the N.M. Board as we come together this week, making the
decisions before us.
11. Pray for the development team and their hard work to see the $2.1
million raised.
Thank you for your heart for this ministry, for the children and families in our
community, our staff and unpaid workers. We need you so much right now.
Fundraising is so important, we are trying to do it valiantly.
