Dear Faithful Friends,

I am so grateful to be able to continue reporting to you, the progress the Lord is allowing us to have in this journey toward a home for Neighborhood Ministries and it's partners (The Neighborhood Clinic and Iglesia Nueva Esperanza).

As you are aware, close of escrow is coming, June 15. I trust you are praying with us, for the Lord's provision for this. Currently, we have received $480,000.00 in gifts, needing another $70,000.00 which will cover the down payment on the loan, as well as all of the closing costs.

What a miracle to be this far.  We are tired, feeling as if we are toward the end of the first marathon in a series of long races. Your confidence and encouragement have meant a lot to us in these past months. So many of you have spoken words of faith and promise from the Lord to me and the others on our team. We have great confidence that this journey is from the Lord, and those of you that have sensed this with us have offered us great ministry. The journey of faith is best in the company of those who share God's heart.

We are concerned about the momentum of fund-raising for the summer, with all the summer ministry parts coming up, that by their very nature take so much of our energy and spiritual strength.

God Bless you for standing with us in prayer this past year and a half. The Lord has used you in countless ways to reveal His will and His love and caretaking. I wish i had words to express how much your prayer protection has meant to me in this season of development.
