God Has Made a Way out of No Way

Dearest Prayer-ers,

I greet you with praise and thanksgiving for God's great goodness to us.

One year and a half ago, you committed to stand in the gap, praying for God's provision of a home for the many parts of Neighborhood Ministries.

We have called this vision, The Neighborhood Center.  Throughout this process you have rejoiced with us for the forward movement, as we secured a piece of land, then entered into a contract to purchase it, it passed the multiple tests of due-diligence, then you stood before the throne throughout the arduous funding process. (Which by the way, is ongoing) 

You prayed as we entered into the final days, of approaching the day of escrow.  Last communication, we still needed $70,000.00.  Today we received a check in the mail for $100,000.00 -- bringing us the $580,000.00, clearly able to close escrow and take care of the closing costs. I know you are rejoicing in the Lord and in His ability to take care of matters this large and weighty.

I have mentioned the many markers along the way, that have not been orchestrated by us, and have given us confidence that the Lord has been in this. How good of the Lord to bring in this last gift, over the amount needed.  Reminding us that His grace is sufficient, grace upon grace.

I will remain in contact. Thank you for your faithfulness. We have spoken often about the prayer support you represent.
