Dearest Praying Friends,

We are so grateful for your prayer partnership. We need you so much these days, with the movement, growth and changes in the ministry.

The offices of N.M. moved onto the new property just about a week ago. We are still settling in, finding it so joyful to be busy at work on the site where one day many ministries will be taking place. The miracles of this season are often before us.

We had the first meeting with the city, Feb. 1. The plans for the phase one build-out received a fairly involved response. The city assigned a great team of people to us. They gave us a very human face. We appreciated that. Pray with us for God's timing in each meeting with the city, and for the decisions that need to be made.

We were disappointed that the construction stage will probably not be able to be begun until much later than we thought. Kids Club this summer will probably have to be elsewhere than our own new home. Pray with us for it's location.

The job hunt for the administrator is still on. We have some hopeful ideas, but still need prayer to find just the right person.

We are beginning the preparations for a Big Event (a ground-breaking) on the property for April 29. Pray with us for this event. Many enthusiastic persons are helping us imagine this day of celebration, where this property is envisioned by many friends, supporters and neighborhood families. We have invited the mayor and our councilpersons, already.

Ministries are ongoing -- we are finding great breakthrough with many young people. Mentoring relationships are bearing fruit, teen-agers are making critical decisions for Christ, and leaders are encouraged, seeing some long awaited answers to prayer.

We have a newsletter coming out soon with quite a few updates on lives and ministries.

This is an incredibly challenging time for all of us. We are charting new territory as an organization and desire so much to be faithful to the Lord in all we do. Pray for God's protection, wisdom and provision. Pray for the many on our team who carry a great load right now. Some are tired and need renewal and refreshment. Pray for some on our team who are experiencing some deep trials. This journey has plenty of places where our spiritual resources are being tested.

So, God bless you for standing in the gap, before the throne, for the work that God has called us to. There is no greater gift than your intercession for us. As you pray, you are releasing the resources of heaven for many warriors.
