For two weeks, 350-400 children will be loved, have unbelievable trips and fun, hear Bible stories in really relevant ways, do amazing activities and experience how much the Lord of heaven and earth wants to have a relationship with them. We hope this is a summer the children and staff will never forget.
Tonight, their 70 member, multi-ethnic, teen and young adult staff moved into North Phoenix Baptist church's family life center, readying themselves to live in community with one another and do the hardest and most rewarding work of their year.

The rest of us have been preparing for months for this day. Our "army" moved in it's belongings over this past week, and the hospitality of Grace Lutheran Church was felt. This old downtown church longs to have renewed outreach to the community and has opened its arms to us. We believe this is the last facility we will rent ...

We know that now, the real work begins, the work of investing in lives for eternity. Our ability to do this will be through prayer.

PRAY WITH US:

• teachers teaching Bible lessons in Spanish and English
• worship leaders leading children in songs for their hearts that last way past K.C.
• lunches for 500 and meals for the work crew every night
• field trips ...
• activities-crafts, dance, drama, basketball, soccer, beauty, ceramics, cooking
• recreation days-swimming, roller skating, field days
• BIG DAY on Friday, going to Canyon Lake

PRAY WITH US:

• safety
• spiritual protection
• patience, longsuffering love, wisdom, tenderness to kids and each other
• joy for and with Grace Lutheran
