PMToday is a Day
of Celebration!
Dearest Friends,
I know you knew this day would come. God
bless you for your commitment to believe with us for this day.
About an hour ago, the last
inspector signed off on the Certificate of Occupancy. What that
means, is we have a home!
We have a place to go for all the programs,
rooms to move into (tomorrow, if we want), chairs to set up, sound
equipment to put in the closets. We can unpack all the stuff we have
had in storage for years.
We have a home to move into, Sunday for
church, Mondays with 400 kids, Wednesdays for Youth Group. For
months clothes have collected in every piece and part of this
property for the food bank, other donations, too. We can start
putting food on shelves and Christmas and summer items in storage.
No more phone calls, late into nights asking
us when church is going to start again. The buses will be on the
road and routines will begin. Teachers will gear up to teach their
lessons and we'll start looking for furniture for classrooms.
Together you have stood with us in prayer:
I would have despaired
unless I had believed that I would see the goodness of the Lord in
the land of the living, Wait for the Lord! Be strong, and let your
heart take courage;! Yes, wait for the Lord.! Ps 27:13, 14
Together we have seen God's provision:
I sought the Lord, and He
answered me, and delivered me from all my fears. They looked to
Him and were radiant, and their faces shall never be ashamed. The
poor man cried and the Lord heard him, and saved him out of all
his troubles. The angel of the Lord encamps around those who fear
Him, and rescues them. O taste and see that the Lord is good; How
blessed is the man who takes refuge in Him! Ps. 34:4-8
Thank you for your faithfulness. We love
you, Kit
